Remember, your Tweet Spinner account is totally separate from your Twitter account. Your username and password for our system, therefore, may not be the same as your Twitter username and password (though it could be).

To retrieve your username and/or reset your password, you'll first need to authenticate with Twitter using one of the Twitter accounts you registered with Tweet Spinner. Then, you will be presented with a password reset form. Just enter a new password of your choice and confirm it.

If you have multiple Twitter accounts, you may need to sign out of Twitter, first, so you can sign in with an account you have registered with Tweet Spinner.
